ThunderClan Camp - Endless Storm

Description

Here is the camp; I tried my best to place some cats in there for scale.

Top left is a top view of the camp for the layout; there is a key, which I usually don't make. All three stones are pointed toward the middle and come together at the top. It helps to shield from the endless storms. There is a tiny stream that runs through the camp and into the medicine den; that's why it was chosen as the medicine den. There are three entrances to the camp: south, west and east.

Next is an illustration of the Medicine Den. The stream that runs through it is about a mouse length deep and easy to step over. There is a ledge one which the medicine cat(s) make their own nests; its a good vantage point to watch over patients and it keeps them separated from the sickness; the dried herb storage area is also on the ledge. There are several nests already made in case there is a battle or white cough outbreak. The grinding stone is where herbs can be ground or mixed together. Several types of herbs grow inside the den; they were relocated there by Feldspar and continued to thrive.

Bottom left is Tall Rock. From this view you can see the side of the Medicine Den and the South Entrance. The medicine cat claw stone only has three claw marks on it. Wrensong never marked it, but Feldspare started the tradition for the medicine cats when he became her apprentice officially. Perched on the Tall Rock is Dragonstar; this is where the leader makes her announcements and watches her clan-mates.

Top right is the Claw Stone; this is outside the den. The little drawing to the right shows the incline of it: it's Flintwhisker marking his warrior cross. There is a brief description on the drawing, but it might be hard to read. It reads: 'When cats are made into apprentices, after their ceremony, they mark the Claw Stone with one straight line; using one to four claw marks. After their warrior ceremony, cats will return to their original mark and cross it in the same way.'

Next is an illustration of the view looking toward the West Entrance. There is the fresh kill pile and the rocks next to it are a good hang out spot for meals. From here you can see the nursery, apprentice's den, and the warrior's den. The rock next to the nursery leads up to the High Rock, where cats can see as far as ShadowClan territory.

Bottom right is the Elder's Den and the East Entrance. There is a ledge on which cats can oversee the entrance; new warriors often sit vigil here. Pictured are Swiftwing and Leopardstep.

That's it. Enjoy my pretty black and white drawings :D

One of my favorite camp ideas - It's brilliant! Same with your maps.
